Outsourced Services
- Prior Year Books Clean Up: If you’re years behind on bookkeeping, you’re in the right place! We go back as far as necessary and organize your transactions correctly – or create a new QBO file from scratch – to get your books current. This always brings our clients peace of mind, and even some joy, when they think about their bookkeeping!
- On-Going Bookkeeping Service: Starts at $350/month. Includes weekly coding, monthly reconciliations, reports provided by the 20th of the following month and a 30 minute monthly zoom for education, report analysis or any other finance questions your have. You’ll also have access to a dedicated team of 2 bookkeepers on retainer for general support via text, email or zoom.
- Invoicing, Accounts Receivable: Starts at $50/month. Includes support sending invoices, processing payments and tracking customers that owe you money.
- Bill Payment, Accounts Payable: Starts at $100/month. Includes support in paying your vendors and tracking them for 1099s.
- Sales Tax Payments: Includes tracking sales tax and remitting to your state monthly, quarterly or annually
- Payroll: we use a third-party processor, Gusto, when setting clients up with payroll. If you currently have a payroll provider, we’re happy to take the reins entering and tracking payroll with your provider *with the exception of QB Payroll*.
- Profitability: Starts at $100/month. Are you wondering which product line, project or business location is making money, and which ones need to be cut? Profitability tracking by Class, Location or Project is the powerful data you need to streamline your operation and scale.
